This is a frame Specialist Protective Coating completed for lots 510 & 511 B2315 Rivenhall.
These frames ranged from 4-6.5T and had 190 microns of a zinc phosphate primer applied then 60 microns of a polyurethane gloss finish to provide corrosion protection in a C4 environment.
