Billington Holdings Plc have acquired the trading assets of a specialist painting company in Sheffield.
Orrmac Coatings Ltd entered administration in December 2021 following the company ceasing to trade. The Billington Group has been seeking to expand its painting capabilities and capacity for some time and this presented an excellent opportunity to increase the Group’s offering in this area.
As a subsidiary of the Billington Holdings Plc, Specialist Protective Coatings Ltd, will be based in Chapeltown and will offer a wide range of paint treatments including anti-corrosion and fire protection systems.
